To describe Bob Hamrick, people often use the following three words: Integrity. Charisma. Leadership. As Chairman and CEO of Coldwell Banker Premier Realty (CBPR), Hamrick brings these terms to life everyday, leading one of the top producing real estate companies in the United States. He has become a spokesperson for the ever-changing real estate market in Las Vegas, often quoted in The Wall Street Journal, USA Today and countless others.
Hamrick started earning his stripes as a real estate leader in Southern Nevada at the tender age of 17. He then helped grow a 50 person office to 100 sales associates while maintaining multi-million dollar personal sales, all before his 21st birthday. He repeated his leadership accomplishments at another office in 1988, and then CBPR hired him in February of 1995 as Managing Broker of an office that soon became recognized as the “most improved office” for the entire 500-office Western Region.
In the past, Hamrick has served as a director for the Greater Las Vegas Association of Realtors®, in addition to serving on the Board of Directors for the National Association of Realtors®. In 2002, InBusiness Las Vegas named Bob one of the Most Influential Businessmen in Southern Nevada, and ranked him in their Top 40 Under 40 special report.

Molly Kay Hamrick is President and COO of Coldwell Banker Premier Realty (CBPR) in Las Vegas, Hamrick manages all financial aspects of CBPR.
In 1998, Hamrick and her husband Bob acquired CBPR and has been instrumental in increasing the gross commission income from 7.9 million to more than 30 million in less than ten years. The business is now ranked as the 8th top-producing Coldwell Banker company nationwide.
Hamrick has been an active member in the Women’s Council of Realtors (WCR) and at age 26 was elected the youngest local chapter President in the organization’s history. She was recognized as the WCR Member of the Year. Hamrick was also recognized as a “Leading Woman” by the WCR for her sustained and progressive career in real estate. She is also consistently listed in the Las Vegas InBusiness list Who’s Who in Real Estate, Construction and Development and is a past recipient of the “Most Influential Businesswomen in Southern Nevada,” and ranked in their “Top 40 Under 40” special report of one of their Most Influential Women awards.

With 28 years of Real Estate industry experience, primarily in the marketing and sales of new residences, Brian Krueger brings a high level of energy and dedication daily that produces high performing teams. He has delivered more than $2 billion in residential developments and residential/commercial investments. As Senior Vice President of Strategic Services for Coldwell Banker Premier Realty (CBPR), Krueger’s focus is on creating solutions centered around residential and commercial real estate that expand various revenue centers.
As part of the executive team at CBPR, he leads the day-to-day operations of his division including Developer, Investment and Commercial Services which creates and maximizes seamless partnerships with developers, investors, financial institutions and other industry related groups. Krueger is also responsible for enhancing the awareness of the CBPR brand, driving innovation to constantly improve operational efficiencies, delivering industry-leading market intelligence, supporting new business initiatives and facilitating the acquisition and disposition of residential and commercial real estate assets

Tom holds both the CCIM and SIOR designations and is experienced in dealing with institutional and private investors, landlords, and tenants. Tom has held numerous positions on various boards such as Southern Nevada CCIM Chapter, GLVAR Commercial Alliance, NVAR and the Southern Nevada Chapter of SIOR. He was awarded Commercial Alliance Instructor of the Year in 2005 and has authored and instructed several CE classes in Nevada.

Garry Cuff’s distinguished career in real estate includes years working in acquisition and disposition of apartment complexes and condominium units, as well as land acquisition and development, and condominium conversions.
Garry’s knowledge and expertise in the real estate industry have given him the opportunity to work with such corporate clients as R.C. Willey Home Furnishings, Orion Residential, Creative Sales and Marketing, The Southland Corporation, The Wentwood Companies, and Claremont Companies. Garry has worked on transactions ranging from a $6,000,000 land acquisition to the sale of a $238,900,000 real estate portfolio.
Jeff Naseef CCIM

Jeff Naseef, a Las Vegas native, started his real estate career in 2001 at Coldwell Banker Commercial working in assisting the property management division. At Coldwell Banker, he was familiarized with the basic day-to-day operations and learned the ins and outs of leasing practices and listing management. After receiving his real estate license in 2009, Jeff joined Colliers International where he spent 10 years focusing on investment real estate.
Over the past 10 years Jeff Naseef has assisted in the facilitation of over $300,000,000 in real estate transactions, and in 2017 Jeff obtained the CCIM designation.

Jordan is a third generation Las Vegas native with nearly nine years of Real Estate experience and 13 years of construction and development experience. Jordan’s experience in these fields allows him to provide a unique perspective to his clients on both the current value and the potential future value of their asset as developed.
Focusing primarily on land, assemblage and development, Jordan has an extensive database of land owners in the Southern Nevada region.

Originally from Grand Rapids Michigan, Gene Proctor is an Air Force Veteran and former boxer. Gene has a diverse professional background with the Department of Agriculture, Federal Express and Intel. Gene entered the real estate business in 1998, beginning his career with Coldwell Banker Premier. Gene also did commercial leasing with Virtus Commercial. Gene has established himself in tenant representation, working with restaurant owners, construction companies, governments and many other business owners. A strong negotiator, Gene understands that many tenants are unrepresented and may not be achieving the best deal. Gene has negotiated with many of the largest landlord representatives in the industry. Gene takes great pride in being an agent and looks forward to helping build the Coldwell Banker Premier Realty commercial division.
