To describe Bob Hamrick, people often use the following three words: Integrity. Charisma. Leadership. As Chairman and CEO of Coldwell Banker Premier Realty (CBPR), Hamrick brings these terms to life everyday, leading one of the top producing real estate companies in the United States. He has become a spokesperson for the ever-changing real estate market in Las Vegas, often quoted in The Wall Street Journal, USA Today and countless others.

Hamrick started earning his stripes as a real estate leader in Southern Nevada at the tender age of 17. He then helped grow a 50 person office to 100 sales associates while maintaining multi-million dollar personal sales, all before his 21st birthday. He repeated his leadership accomplishments at another office in 1988, and then CBPR hired him in February of 1995 as Managing Broker of an office that soon became recognized as the “most improved office” for the entire 500-office Western Region.

In the past, Hamrick has served as a director for the Greater Las Vegas Association of Realtors®, in addition to serving on the Board of Directors for the National Association of Realtors®. In 2002, InBusiness Las Vegas named Bob one of the Most Influential Businessmen in Southern Nevada, and ranked him in their Top 40 Under 40 special report.

Molly Hamrick

President & COO

Molly Kay Hamrick is President and COO of Coldwell Banker Premier Realty (CBPR) in Las Vegas, Hamrick manages all financial aspects of CBPR.

In 1998, Hamrick and her husband Bob acquired CBPR and has been instrumental in increasing the gross commission income from 7.9 million to more than 30 million in less than ten years. The business is now ranked as the 8th top-producing Coldwell Banker company nationwide.

Hamrick has been an active member in the Women’s Council of Realtors (WCR) and at age 26 was elected the youngest local chapter President in the organization’s history. She was recognized as the WCR Member of the Year. Hamrick was also recognized as a “Leading Woman” by the WCR for her sustained and progressive career in real estate. She is also consistently listed in the Las Vegas InBusiness list Who’s Who in Real Estate, Construction and Development and is a past recipient of the “Most Influential Businesswomen in Southern Nevada,” and ranked in their “Top 40 Under 40” special report of one of their Most Influential Women awards.

 

Brian Krueger

With 28 years of Real Estate industry experience, primarily in the marketing and sales of new residences, Brian Krueger brings a high level of energy and dedication daily that produces high performing teams. He has delivered more than $2 billion in residential developments and residential/commercial investments. As Senior Vice President of Strategic Services for Coldwell Banker Premier Realty (CBPR), Krueger’s focus is on creating solutions centered around residential and commercial real estate that expand various revenue centers.

As part of the executive team at CBPR, he leads the day-to-day operations of his division including Developer, Investment and Commercial Services which creates and maximizes seamless partnerships with developers, investors, financial institutions and other industry related groups. Krueger is also responsible for enhancing the awareness of the CBPR brand, driving innovation to constantly improve operational efficiencies, delivering industry-leading market intelligence, supporting new business initiatives and facilitating the acquisition and disposition of residential and commercial real estate assets

John McClelland

Vice President, Research

The source of Coldwell Banker Premier Realty’s statistical and market data and reports, John McClelland serves as the Director of Research and provides in-depth analyses of current market conditions, past performance and future trends, which allows our homeowners, home buyers, corporations and developers the ability to make the most educated decisions when selling or purchasing real estate in this great city.
Prior to joining the Developer Services division, McClelland was the research manager for The Ryness Company’s Southwest Division, a national real estate sales and marketing firm. He has also worked in commodity futures and options as an urban planner with the City of Las Vegas and a regional economist with Restrepo Consulting Group where he prepared numerous studies for developers, investors and municipal and state governments.
